How can I sell tickets through iaBilet ?

You just have to send an email to contact@iabilet.ro and we will be at your disposal (almost) 24/24, even during weekends :)

How can I contact iaBilet team?

You can contact us via email, at contact@iabilet.ro, or at the number 0314 326 888 at which a robot will guide you through the options you have at your disposal.

How can I enter the event?

After the order is placed and the payment is made, you receive on your email the ordered tickets (in pdf format). You can either print them or show them at the entrance directly from you phone or tablet. After the QR code on the ticket is scanned, the access is granted.  

How much does it cost the delivery of the tickets via fan courier?

If you already paid for the tickets (via card, Vodafone, Orange, paypal or bank transfer) and you chose the delivery via fan courier, the tax for transport is 10 lei in Bucharest and 15 lei for the rest of the country.

If the tickets are paid on delivery, the transport costs 15 lei in Bucharest and 20 lei for the rest of the country.

How long do I have to wait for the delivery of the tickets?

The orders placed after 3PM will be handed over for delivery the next working day. The orders placed in weekends or free days will be processed the next working day. You will receive the tickets in maximum 2 days after the order is processed.

What do I have to do if I buy from a ZebraPay machine?

After paying for the tickets at a ZebraPay, you will receive a receipt with a barcode for each ticket bought. Those barcodes will be scanned at the entrance.

I cannot come to the event, what do I have to do?

You can request a refund for the tickets at iabilet.ro/anulare. The refund will be made according to the terms and conditions available on the site.

The event for which I bought tickets cancelled. How can I get my money back?

Please go to iabilet.ro/anulare and follow the instructions.

I lost the tickets, what do I have to do?

You can enter your account and see the order history. Moreover, you can send an email to contact@iabilet.ro to get support from our team.

How can I check if the Vodafone or Orange bill was adjusted in case of refund?

The value of the refund will be seen on the bill. In case the refund was made after the date the bill was issued, the adjustment will be seen on the next bill.
