How does it function?

iaBilet.ro is an online ticketing platform. The orders made on www.iabilet.ro are confirmed via a registration e-mail, received after the order is completed. The ordered tickets are sent in a PDF format via e-mail/text message after the order is completed.

After the successful completion of an online order, the buyer receives, on the previously given e-mail address, the tickets he bought (for example, if he bought 4 tickets, he receives a pdf document with 4 tickets). Furthermore, he can either print them or show them directly from his smartphone or tablet at the event’s entrance. The access at the event is granted after the QR code on the ticket is scanned.

Payment options

For purchasing the tickets, IABILET offers the following payment options:

Payment via card

The payments via credit or debit cards are processed by www.librabank.ro, IABILET’s partner in processing those payments. The communication with the processor is made through a secured connection SSL, the transmitted data being encrypted. All the information regarding the card is exclusively processed by the payments processor. By maintaining the “Activate fast payments” option active, option found in the online payment form put at IABILET’s disposal by the payments processor, the user gives his permission for activating the service through which the following online payments will be realized only by introducing the security code CVC2/CVV.

The owners of American Express Cards can use the Paypal account.

Payment via Vodafone

The users that are Vodafone subscribers can choose to pay for the tickets through the Vodafone invoice. The amount of money received by IABILET will be found on the monthly invoice for mobile phone services. The amount is expressed in euro and can be paid in RON, at BNR exchange rate available in the day the bill is emitted.

The payment amount is computed in euro using the BNR exchange rate available in the day the order was placed and includes a processing commission, listed separately in the payment summary.

The maximum amount per transaction is 30 euros; moreover, there is a 200 euros limit for the total payments made is a month.

The payments cannot be made using prepaid Vodafone cards. They can only be made through a subscription.

Payment via Orange

If the users are Orange subscribers or have an Orange prepaid card, they can choose to pay for the tickets via their Orange bill or by deduction of the value of the tickets from their available credit. The payment amount is converted in euros by using BNR exchange rate available in the day of placement of the order and includes a processing commission, listed separately in the payment summary.

For Orange subscribers, the amount of money received by IABILET will be found on the monthly invoice for mobile phone services. The amount is expressed in euro and can be paid in RON, at BNR exchange rate available in the day the bill is emitted.

For the payments made via Orange prepaid cards, the VAT of the purchased tickets will not be deducted from the VAT paid for recharging the credit.

The maximum amount per transaction is 30 euros; moreover, there is a 100 euros limit for the total payments made is a month.

Payment via Paypal

The payment amount is computed in euro using the BNR exchange rate available in the day the order was placed and includes a processing commission, listed separately in the payment summary.

Payment via bank transfer

A written request send to contact@iabilet.ro is necessary for the transmission of banking details.

Paid for on delivery

The delivery is realized with the help of a courier company. All the orders placed during the day until 2 PM are collected by Fan Courier in the same day and delivered in 24-48 hours (1-2 working days, with the exception of legal free days and extreme weather conditions). When the courier company receives the package with the tickets, the buyer receives an e-mail notification containing the expedition number.

Transport fee

The transport fee is paid exclusively by the customer, as this way of delivery is a result of a personal choice. The fee is 25 RON for delivery within Bucharest city limits and 30 RON for the rest of areas within Romanian territory*.

* areas within the coverage range of Fan Courier Express SRL, that can be unilateral modified by the courier company. For the areas outside the coverage range of Fan Courier, a fee for each extra kilometer from the nearest Fan Courier point is charged. In this case, the customer will be announced via email or phone about the extra amount.

Ticket refund

iaBilet.ro is an online platform through which the users can purchase, from the event organizers, tickets that will grant them access to their events. As a consequence, the event organizers take full responsibility towards the users, regarding their event. They assume eventual delays, postpones, cancellations or any other inconveniences that may happen during the events of whose tickets were sold through iaBilet.ro platform. The event organizer has the right to modify that dates regarding the course of the event, the new information being communicated to the customer through different means (e-mail/text message/social media).

The purchased ticket can be returned or changed only if the conditions mentioned below, at point A, are fulfilled. There is an exception, nevertheless, if the event is cancelled (does not take place anymore), the refund of the ticket will be done according to point B. Under no circumstances are to be taken into consideration the refund requests received after the date and hour of beginning of the event.

A. The ticket refund is possible by sending a written request to contact@iabilet.ro, according to the following terms and conditions:

1. If the refund request is made with at least 30 days before the event (or the first day of it, in case of a festival), the buyer receives a voucher for the whole amount paid for the ticket (without other additional costs or taxes the customer had to bear in order to get the ticket - for example, the transport fee the customer pays in case he chooses the delivery via fan courier). The voucher can be used when buying tickets for any event available on www.iabilet.ro .  

2. If the refund request is made with at least 14 days before the event (or the first day of it, in case of a festival), the buyer receives a voucher for the amount paid for the ticket (without other additional costs or taxes the customer had to bear in order to get the ticket - for example, the transport fee the customer pays in case he chooses the delivery via fan courier) or 70% of the amount paid. The voucher can be used when buying tickets for any event available on www.iabilet.ro .

3. If the refund request is made with at least 7 days before the event (or the first day of it, in case of a festival), the buyer receives a voucher for the 70% of the amount paid for the ticket (without other additional costs or taxes the customer had to bear in order to get the ticket - for example, the transport fee the customer pays in case he chooses the delivery via fan courier) or 50% of the amount paid. The voucher can be used when buying tickets for any event available on www.iabilet.ro .

The tickets can be returned or exchanged only if the organizer agrees and if the request is made with at least 7 days before the event (or the first day of it, in case of a festival).

B. If the event is cancelled, please send  a refund request on contact@iabilet.ro . Ia Bilet S.R.L. will collaborate with the event organizer in order to make the refunds, but does not guarantee and has no obligation of compensation if an agreement on this matter between iabilet and organizer does not exist. The amount of money will be refunded either by the organizer (if iabilet already transferred the money to the organizer at the moment of receiving the request), or by iabilet (if iabilet has the organizer’s acceptance for refund). The customer will receive the amount paid for the ticket (without other additional costs or taxes the customer had to bear in order to get the ticket - for example, the transport fee the customer pays in case he chooses the delivery via fan courier) in maximum 15 working days.

Ways of reimbursement of the ticket value according to the options of payment used:

  • If the tickets were purchased by card or paypal, the reimbursement of the amount of money paid will be made in the account used for making the initial payment
  • If the tickets were purchased via Vodafone or Orange, the reimbursement of the amount of money paid will be made by adjusting the monthly bill
  • If the tickets were paid on delivery or purchased from one of the partner stores of iabilet, the reimbursement of the amount of money paid will be made in a bank account in lei or a postal mandate at the address of the buyer's domicile

If the tickets are lost or stolen, the buyer has the obligation to notify this on contact@iabilet.ro in order for the tickets to be changed. If the user does not notify iabilet in time, iabilet does not assume any responsibility in the case in which other person uses the tickets or for the impossibility of the initial buyer to participate at the event based on the lost/stolen tickets.
